RDC Informatics successfully participated in the BEYOND 2022 Technology and Innovation Exhibition, held between September 29 and October 1, 2022, at the facilities of the Thessaloniki International Exhibition. During the exhibition, RDC Informatics presented the activities of the Research & Development Department, with a focus on the progress of the research project “AEMECT – Development of a specialized portable device for the control and debugging of electronic control units for gearboxes and internal combustion engines.” The project is part of the National Scope Action “RESEARCH-CREATE-INNOVATE B’ CYCLE” and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and national resources through the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (OPCoEI) (project code T2EDK-04223).
As part of the project, a “specialized portable device for the control and debugging of electronic control units for gearboxes and internal combustion engines” was developed and presented. This device is the result of collaboration among five innovative companies in Greece, and its commercial exploitation is of significant interest in the global market of diagnostic tools for automatic gearboxes and engines of construction machinery.
The presentation of the device involved representatives from all the companies participating in the project consortium (JPC Transmission Service, KΕΝΟΤΟΜ, RDC I nformatics, Innosophy, Innoesys Innovative Embedded Systems ΙΚΕ), effectively disseminating the research outcomes of the project.
